Q: Future of life insurance

Kazy: It is expected that the population of Japan will be 80 million next 50 years. Insurance Company will be existent, but the price of insurance may go down in proportionate of the salary cut. So we need to try something new. For instance, we should use more technologies for insurance to be a life infrastructure. It is not only for life-insurance but also for all insurers. You can start with small projects first. Of course, it’s ok to fail. Failure is inevitable on the path to success. You can try again. You should be proud of your job. I hope you will go your own way with your belief.

Q: How to make mistakes better?

Kazy: I say “ah, I made a mistake” to the people around me when I messed up. Manager or supervisor can make an atmosphere of “it’s ok to make mistakes” by saying when they do a mistake. Failure is not taboo.

Q:What is your decision criteria of what to change and what not to change.

Kazy: I was really good at Math, so I thought I was a genius until April of the year I was 19 years-old. However, my university was filled with genius students. I was really surprised and shocked. I decided to do what people do not do. I do not want to compare with people. This is my decision criteria.

Q: what’s the daily routine to cultivate your sensitivity?

Kazy: I wish I could say that I read 500 books par a year though… I do not read books. It is because I am good at to memorize what people talk. Even if it takes time, I am trying to meet and talk with people.
